Out of curiosity, I did a search for "personal finance" on Ebay, just to see what kind of wares are for sale to help better one's personal finance. Take a look for yourself:

There seem to be quite a few software programs and books available by the personal finance gurus, but my conviction is that one is better off by saving the money one might spend on such trinkets and pump that money into a basic investment portfolio.
