Now that the third quarter (and my money-strapped summer) is finally over, here is an updated dividend list with my third quarter dividends. I received my distribution from Advantage Energy Income Fund (AAV) around the middle of last month, and I received my distributions from my Russell 2000 index fund (IWM) and my dividend index fund (PEY) at the end of the quarter. I should be receiving my third quarter S&P 500 index fund (SPY) dividends next month sometime, so stay tuned. Hey.. You have some interesting posts on here. Forgive me for sounding like an advertisement but I think you would enjoy a website I learned about.
A group of us get together there for investment tournaments. The cool thing is the tournaments are FREE and they pay real cash prizes.
Check the news on my blog and join me in a tournament by registering through the links there (or here).
Don't you just love dividends! The real cool thing is that as you invest for longer periods of time and reinvest these dividends the amounts will grow. I love that about dividends.
