I had originally thought about doing just that and buying Citigroup inside my Roth IRA, but there seem to be two competing theories about whether individual stocks are appropriate for a Roth IRA. <BR/><BR/>This debate aside, the regular habit of saving and investing is the key message behind SeeMeGetRich.com. The habit is more important than which account type one chooses, as the end result will just be a question of exactly how rich one will become.<BR/><BR/>Also since my wife and I ultimately want to buy a house someday, I want a percentage of my portfolio to be liquid that we can use for a down payment.
